By registering for classes, workshops, or events, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to register yourself or the participant
• You agree to comply with all studio rules, policies, and instructor guidance
• You understand that participation may involve physical activity, artistic materials, and group environments

Parents or legal guardians must register on behalf of minors.

4. Payments and Fees

All prices, fees, and payment terms are displayed at the time of registration or purchase.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Mascan Creative School to process applicable charges related to classes, workshops, memberships, events, or other services.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of registration or suspension of access to services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the class, workshop, membership, or event.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Registrations may be non-refundable once confirmed
• Missed classes may not be refundable or transferable
• Mascan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary
• If Mascan cancels a paid class or event, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a credit, transfer, or refund where appropriate

Requests regarding cancellations or refunds may be submitted to mascan.org@gmail.com.

6. Communications and SMS Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive operational communications related to your registrations, bookings, account activity, schedules, and support inquiries.

Where explicit consent is provided, you may also receive promotional emails and SMS/text messages regarding classes, workshops, events, and offers.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to SMS messages.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, class materials, photographs, videos, text, and related content are the property of Mascan Creative School unless otherwise stated.

Participation in classes, workshops, and events is undertaken at your own risk.
