"Every hand that touches clay leaves a piece of itself behind — and takes something new forward."
Catherine Delis has over 18 years of experience in pottery. She started as a student and later became a teacher for children, teens, and adults. She is patient and passionate about sharing her craft with everyone.
Catherine has taught pottery to children ages 6–12 for more than 9 years in groups of 8–12 students. She has worked extensively with children with ADHD, Autism, and other challenges, helping parents create inclusive and enriching activities through creative expression.
She leads Teen Wheel Pottery classes for ages 12–16+ and teaches adults from beginner to advanced levels — adapting her approach to meet each student exactly where they are.
Catherine actively collaborates with local groups including WIAIH and Summit School, and her goal is to create a pottery studio that truly welcomes everyone — including seniors and people with intellectual challenges — as a safe, creative, and inclusive community space.
